Marijuana can cause permanent damage on the developing brain when use begins during adolescence, and 1 in 6 who use marijuana before the age of 18 will become addicted.

Georgia now has one of the highest THC %s for “low” THC oil in the United States among the 17 Limited Access Medical Marijuana States. Except for Florida, the other medical marijuana states only allow low THC oil or CBD oil for seizures of various kinds.
*THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol, is the chemical responsible for most of marijuana’s psychological effects. It acts much like the cannabinoid chemicals made naturally by the body, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA).
