PREVENTION & EDUCATION
Marijuana is the most commonly used illicit substance in the United States and its use is growing, particularly among youth and young adults.
Marijuana can cause permanent damage on the developing brain when use begins during adolescence, and 1 in 6 who use marijuana before the age of 18 will become addicted.
Conduct a community awareness campaign to increase the awareness of negative consequences associated with using marijuana.
Educate and advocate for drug-free youth and a drug-free workforce.
